Constitution & Bylaws Committee

The SICOT Constitution & Bylaws Committee is responsible for safeguarding the Society’s governance framework by reviewing, interpreting, and recommending updates to its Constitution, Bylaws, and related governing documents. The Committee works to ensure that SICOT’s rules and procedures remain clear, effective, and aligned with the Society’s mission, strategic objectives, and evolving needs as a global orthopaedic organisation.

By promoting transparency, consistency, and good governance, the Committee plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Society and its decision-making processes. Through regular review and careful consideration of proposed amendments, the Constitution & Bylaws Committee helps ensure that SICOT maintains a robust and modern governance structure that serves the interests of its members and supports the continued advancement of orthopaedic education, research, collaboration, and patient care worldwide.
